Wow! - a full house for our March film “The Founder”, starring Michael Keaton as the shrewd businessman and founder of the McDonalds fast food chain. A thought-provoking film which engaged our audience and exposed the ruthless nature of business in the 1950’s.
A special thank you to our amazing volunteers on the evening who were, Rosie, Linnie, Susie, Sally Akam, Jenny & Stephen, Patricia & Robert. We really can’t run the evening without your support!
Our film on Saturday 4th April – Easter weekend - will be The Choral (Cert 12A, 113 mins):
set in 1916, written by Alan Bennett and starring Ralph Fiennes & Roger Allum. As a choral society's members enlist in WWI, teenagers are recruited to take their places. Together, they experience the joy of singing while the young boys grapple with their impending conscription into the army.
As always, we meet at Littleham Village Hall, 6.30pm for a 7.00pm screening on Saturday 4th April.
