10:00 - 11:00am

Welcome everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know that tomorrow I will be starting a new Seasonal Yoga class at the

Littleham Village Hall at 10am-11am.

It is a class for everyone, even if getting onto a yoga mat is a challenge, anyone can participate from the chair or the floor.
